  • To be eligible for ACC services, an individual or family must have arrived in the U.S. within the last 5 years and have one of the following immigration statuses:

    • Refugee status

    • Asylee status

    • Humanitarian Parole

    • Special Immigrant Visa (SIV)

    • Temporary Protected Status (TPS)

  • No, asylum seekers are not eligible for ACC services until they have been granted asylum.

  • No, ACC is not able to assist in finding sponsors for refugees or humanitarian parolees.
