Integration Coach - Spanish Preferred (Refugee Services Case Manager)

This position works in close coordination with the respective Care Team and provides effective service delivery to assigned caseload within the framework of the R&P, REACH and TANF programs. This position is largely responsible for completing R&P core services that include but not limited to housing, airport pick-up, home visits, intake / orientation, assisting community members with public benefits applications, RRR and ongoing maintenance services. In coordination with the Care Team, this position is responsible for referring community members to different training and educational programs based on needs identified in case’s Family Self Sufficiency Plan and coaching community members on setting and achieving their career goals. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Dari/Pashto Driving Instructor

This position will work as part of ACC’s all-female driving school. It is responsible for both administrative and client-facing tasks, including teaching clients about traffic rules and regulations in the classroom, instructing clients and practicing driving lessons with a simulator, as well as practicing behind-the-wheel lessons in a car all in clients’ shared native language. In addition, it will complete filing, case noting, quality assurance, and connecting clients to both internal and external resources. Fluency in Dari/Pashto and English is required.
